Here is some information I received in response:
there is a bus that passes right by you (Fox Lake drive). The bus will/can take you to the bus station in downtown, and from there you should be able to walk; the TEA party is only a few blocks from the bus station.
The city buses here in Lakeland are very clean and nice. Here’s the website for the bus line. http://www.ridecitrus.com/content/

There is a city bus that goes out 98N to Duff Rd which is just across 98 from Fox Lake dr. It is route 51 Citrus Connection bus. Route times are listed on http://www.ridecitrus.com/content/routes/51Mall.pdf
Or perhaps someone who lives out there could help. Fare is $1.25, Srs and disabled 60 cents. one way.

I think we should all be aware that the “REPORT” from the HSA is a direct threat and we should be very careful not to have any run ins with the law……… Interesting that the “REPORT” was released on 4/14……….
I plan on video taping an overview of the Lakeland Tea Party , edit and post it on YouTube.
Thanks to all that organized this event and certainly hope we have a big turnout!

I will be in Lakeland from Sunday until Thursday.I will be there visiting my parents,brother and sister in law.I live in Charlotte,NC.and want to attend a tea party on the 15th.Can you give me some suggestions on maybe catching a bus or maybe getting a taxi.I don’t know my way around Lakeland and I cannot do a lot of walking.My dad lives on Magnolia Ridge,and my brother lives on FoxLake Dr.their zip code is 33809.If you could give me some info about how far away I would be from the tea party location,I would appreciate it.
